EPC Network is a specialist cybersecurity and AI consultancy registered in England and Wales. We provide services including penetration testing, security architecture, AI strategy, machine learning consultancy, AI/ML fine-tuning, and emerging threat advisory.
By accessing this website or engaging EPC Network for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or engage our services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
All consultancy services — including cybersecurity assessments, penetration testing, AI strategy, and AI/ML research — are subject to a separate written service agreement between EPC Network and the client. These Terms of Service apply to general website use and enquiries; the service agreement governs the specific engagement scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines.
All penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and offensive security activities are conducted exclusively under explicit written authorisation from the client. EPC Network will not conduct any security testing without a signed scope-of-work agreement and written authorisation covering the target systems, test dates, and permitted techniques.
Any individual or organisation requesting security testing must have the legal authority to authorise such testing on the relevant systems. EPC Network accepts no liability for engagements conducted based on false or incomplete authorisation.
AI/ML fine-tuning and model development services are delivered based on the data, requirements, and objectives provided by the client. EPC Network does not warrant that AI models will achieve specific performance targets, as outcomes depend substantially on data quality, volume, and domain characteristics outside our control.
Clients retain ownership of their data and any models developed using their data, unless otherwise agreed in writing. EPC Network retains ownership of methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed independently of the client engagement.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and design — is the intellectual property of EPC Network and is protected under UK and international copyright law.
Our consultancy methodologies, assessment frameworks, AI/ML techniques, and research outputs represent the intellectual property of EPC Network. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any website content without our prior written consent.
EPC Network treats all client information — including system details, vulnerability findings, AI model data, business strategies, and personnel information — as strictly confidential. We maintain non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) as standard practice for all engagements.
Clients are similarly expected to treat EPC Network's methodologies, tools, and unpublished findings as confidential and not to disclose them to third parties without our written consent.
This website and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. EPC Network does not warrant that:
Cybersecurity and AI are rapidly evolving fields. Our advice is based on current knowledge and industry best practice at the time of delivery and may become outdated as new threats and technologies emerge.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EPC Network shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or engagement of our services, including but not limited to:
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to EPC Network in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Where EPC Network discovers vulnerabilities in third-party systems during the course of an authorised engagement, we follow responsible disclosure practices in line with the NCSC and industry standards. Any findings are reported exclusively to the authorised client and are not publicly disclosed without the client's written consent, except where required by law.
This website uses EmailJS for contact form processing. We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or data practices of third-party services. This website does not embed third-party advertising, analytics tracking, or social media plugins.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EPC Network and its directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of this website, breach of these terms, provision of false or incomplete information in connection with a service engagement, or infringement of any third-party rights.
EPC Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to this website or any service engagement where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, applicable law has been violated, or continuation of the engagement would expose EPC Network or third parties to legal or reputational risk.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any disputes.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
